Ceri Reed

Ceri Reed founded Parents Voices in Wales CIC in 2018 due to the disconnect between families, education and statutory services.

Parents Voices supports parents and carers across Wales whose children and young people have challenges with their neurodivergence and mental health. Being part of the neurodiversity movement in Wales, Parents Voices advocates for early help and a strength-focused approach which views neurodivergence as a difference and not disorder.

Parents Voices in Wales works collaboratively across all sectors and provides opportunities for parents/carers to be involved in research, consultations and coproduction in Neurodevelopmental and CAMHS services as part of the NEST/NYTH Framework.

Lynn McCann

Lynn McCann is an autism, ADHD and PDA specialist teacher, trainer and author based in Lancashire. She has recently worked with Kidscape to develop their autism friendly resources and training. She works with young people from primary, secondary and special schools to support their communication, sensory and emotional awareness, confidence and wellbeing. Lynn loves the outdoors and believes passionately that we can build a more inclusive society.

Kat Fuller

Kat Fuller is the Parent Support Manager at Kidscape. Kat has spent the past 15 years working in various roles within the education and charity sectors, focusing on supporting children and their families. She is passionate about advising and empowering parents and carers to navigate their way through a bullying situation. She’s also a mum to two young children and is on her own parenting journey.
