We had a spectacular night in London last night at the Specsavers Spectacle Wearer of the Year awards, where a record-breaking £120,000 was raised for Kidscape. The star-studded evening was hosted by Rylan Clark-Neal and Nadine Coyle, and after a nationwide search to find the most stylish specs-wearers in the country, Alex Miller from Essex was crowned Spectacle Wearer of the Year and walked off with an incredible £10,000 prize.

Specsavers’ founder and Kidscape patron Dame Mary Perkins spoke movingly about her relationship with Kidscape and the work that we do, and we are incredibly grateful for the wonderful support she and her team have given us over so many years, and Kidscape CEO Lauren Seager-Smith introduced a short film of our work.
