What is ZAP?

It is a fun, interactive day that encourages the development of assertiveness skills and raises young people's confidence so that they are able to deal with bullying situations effectively.

Parents and carers can take advantage of these free workshops by requesting an application form here. They also attend a separate workshop on the day where they are given expert knowledge of how to effectively support their child.

For further information please visit our FAQs, read more about what is involved or contact our ZAP project manager, Rachel Quinlan, on or 020 7730 3300.
