RISE transition support

Supporting transitions

The Kidscape RISE programme has supported hundreds of children over the last two years with the key transition from primary to secondary school, and has now also been adapted to support children with the return to school post lockdown.  The programme can be delivered either directly to children or as a Train the Trainer to school staff. At the current time we are offering both face to face and virtual delivery.

About RISE

Through taking part in a RISE workshop children are supported to:

  • Develop a positive sense of self
  • Understand how to manage change
  • Develop positive relationships with others
  • Recognise and respond to bullying behaviour
  • Know how to speak up and get help
