Symantec and Kidscape - Tackling Cyberbullying

This year’s theme for Anti-Bullying Week (November 16 to 20) was cyberbullying.

With the growth of new technology, even more ways to torment others are becoming more  prevalent, whether a mobile phone, a website, an email, a camera is involved.

Symantec, the noted internet security company, is working with Kidscape in helping children learn how to keep safe.

They have donated copies of their all-important anti-virus, anti-spyware program Norton AntiVirus 2010 for our ZAP kids’ goodie bags.

Good software and safety savvy will help all children learn how to surf without getting in over their heads.
