Could your child benefit from anti-bullying training?

ZAP is for children and young people aged 9-16 who have been bullied and want to learn effective ways to be assertive. ZAP is fun and a safe place for children to learn new ways of dealing with bullying.

Subjects covered include: body language, confidence building and verbal assertiveness techniques.

Parents accompanying their children to the sessions have also found it useful to talk with other parents and share their experiences of dealing with bullying.

Please fill out the application form. We will then invite your child to the next available session.

We have a very high demand for these sessions and it may be some months before we can offer a place to new applicants. Any relevant information about your child's circumstances (e.g. threatening self-harm) may help to prioritise your application.

Please note: The majority of ZAP sessions take place in Kidscape's London office and a registration fee of £20 is required.  When local schools or groups of children need training a charge is involved, but we can arrange to travel to your region for a training session.  Please also note that in certain exceptional cases, ZAP sessions may not be appropriate for your child.
