Our 'Bullybusters' club has helped pupils to see that we as adults have taken these issues very seriously and have actively helped to solve these problems. By having their peers involved to help them to help themselves (mentoring) and along with all the other positive behaviour strategies being introduced, we have seen a real improvement to the entire ethos of the school.

Since the club started we have had less cases of violence happening in the playground and in school. Pupils feel that there is someone to listen to them and their problems are dealt with.
