We need a poster that reminds young people to be careful as they use the net.
Cyberbullying is the theme of this year’s Anti-Bullying Week. We want them to know that when they use the mouse, they may meet a rat.
And many bullying campaigns are sustained through chat rooms and social networks. So - a slogan and image that emphasises the need for caution and self-protection will be useful.
You can get background information on cyber bullying from our web site or by visiting the Anti-bullying Alliance. This should spark ideas. You can always try it out on us first.
Poster orientation can either be portrait or landscape.
Size of poster will be A3 , printed full colour.
Please do not use any copyrighted images.
All the text should be large enough to be read from 1.5m away and the message should be immediately obvious. We leave it to you for a slogan/message.
All images and graphics should be relevant to young people from 7-15.
You may, however, choose to concentrate on primary-aged or secondary school students. Even better a simple graphic and slogan that can be understood by a wide age range.
Posters can be created using any medium.
We will use these on our publications list and web site, with full credit.
If there are several, we will make several awards!
We are so excited that this has caught your interest.
