The Michelob London
Triathlon is an exciting event for any fitness
enthusiast – combining

with friends, family or colleagues as a team (three people per team, each completing
a different leg of the race) – you can do it with the London Triathlon. Your

lives.
There are three distances to choose from:
- Individual Super Sprint - 400m swim, 10k cycle and 2.5k run
- Individual Sprint - 750m swim, 20k cycle and 5k run
- Individual Olympic - 1500m swim, 40k cycle and 10k run
By signing up with Kidscape, you will get dedicated one-on-one
support and care throughout the event, fundraising and training
advice and helpful hints. Not only this, but you will get
a personalised running vest and training t-shirt so anyone and
everyone can cheer you on, support packs for friends and family,
and fundraising packs with all the advice you could want.
To give you the inside scoop, see what some of last years competitors

“It was great and very uplifting experience. I
arrived very, very early (not knowing what to expect) and ended
up speaking with a number of people that do the London
Triathlon each year for different charities - I was
proud to have signed up to help with Kidscape! I
chose to support Kidscape because I could immediately identify
with your cause on a personal level.
When I hit the freezing cold water (with about 300 others -
and then had to tread water for 10 minutes before the official
start) - I realized that the 4 months of training was actually
the easy part. It was a great day and I want to thank Kidscape
for providing me the opportunity to participate.“ – Joseph
Keener
“The best bits for me include floating in the Thames
waiting to start at 6:30 am on the most beautiful morning, nervous
yet so excited. Rounding the last corner to see I had beaten
my 2 hour 30 min 'dream' time was also pretty great as well.
The whole thing was just excellent and doing it for Kidscape
made me very proud.” – Andrew Moule
