“It was great and very uplifting experience.  I arrived very, very early (not knowing what to expect) and ended up speaking with a number of people that do the London Triathlon each year for different charities - I was proud to have signed up to help with Kidscape!  I chose to support Kidscape because I could immediately identify with your cause on a personal level.
When I hit the freezing cold water (with about 300 others - and then had to tread water for 10 minutes before the official start) - I realized that the 4 months of training was actually the easy part.  It was a great day and I want to thank Kidscape for providing me the opportunity to participate.“Joseph Keener

“The best bits for me include floating in the Thames waiting to start at 6:30 am on the most beautiful morning, nervous yet so excited. Rounding the last corner to see I had beaten my 2 hour 30 min 'dream' time was also pretty great as well. The whole thing was just excellent and doing it for Kidscape made me very proud.”Andrew Moule
