7. Terms and Conditions
By submitting this form, you agree to:
Fundraising: • To pledge to raise a minimum of £1800 in sponsorship, excluding Gift Aid, by the 31st May 2012. • To pledge to send a significant portion of this sponsorship before January 2012. Failure to do so will put your place in the Kidscape marathon team at risk. • To inform Kidscape if you have reason to believe that you will not be able to fulfil the sponsorship pledge. Registration payment: • To pay a non-refundable registration fee of £100 to Kidscape, which is payable upon being offered a place in the Kidscape marathon team. Contact & injuries: • When Kidscape establishes contact which is described as “urgent”, runners must respond via email/telephone/in writing as quickly as possible. • To inform Kidscape of any injuries or any other reason you would be unable to take part as soon as possible. • You must be at least 18 years old on 22nd April 2012.
