Having taught in the inner city for ten years, Ben Wye is now the senior Behaviour Support Teacher in the Westminster Education Service.
He works to support schools to include children with emotional and behavioural difficulties at policy, class, group and individual levels.
Currently he is developing circle time with a psycho-dynamic therapist, and is piloting DfES behaviour audits in primary and secondary schools.
Ben's presentation is based on his experience of applying Transactional Analysis models to the City of Westminster/ Metropolitan Police Junior Citizenship programme. His own children are generally well behaved!
