Are you an adult?

Discuss your concern with other adults
Contact your local social services, the police or the NSPCC and ask for advice. You can do this anonymously
Be prepared to take action if the child is at risk - identify the child and yourself to the authorities

Do you think that your friend is being abused by someone?

Tell a trusted adult
Talk to your friend and encourage him or her to tell someone - think about what you would do if you were in the same circumstances
