bullying -
Try to find new interests that will take you away from bullying
Tell yourself you're a good person who doesn't hurt others
I lash out and say cruel things when I'm angry. What can I do?
Count to 10
Think before you speak. Ask yourself
Is what I'm going to say true?
Does it need to be said?
Would I like it if it was said to me?
If the answer to any of the above is "No", bite your tongue
and say nothing
Walk away from the situation
How do you feel about yourself? If you "feel bad" and have
low self esteem then maybe you can try and solve the situation. You
