Tell someone and keep telling until you get the help you need
Tell yourself you don't deserve this. Remember that bullies usually
have more than one victim and you just happen to one unlucky victim
of the bully. It is not you who is the problem: it is the bully.
Don't let the bully make you feel that somehow you should be bullied.
Keep your head up and walk tall and ignore the bully as much as you
can. Do this even if you have to pretend
