Anthony Horowitz OBE
Anthony Horowitz OBE is one of the UK's most successful and prolific writers, with a host of major books, plays, films and TV programmes to his name.
In 2011 he was commissioned to write a new Sherlock Holmes novel, The House of Silk, as a tribute to Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, author of the original stories. Anthony is also the creator of the award-winning TV drama Foyle's War and has written episodes for other series including Poirot and Midsomer Murders. As a children's author Anthony is best known for the Alex Rider series of teen spy stories.
