Jill Halfpenny

Jill Halfpenny is a successful TV and stage actress who has had prominent roles in a number of TV dramas and series including The Long Shadow, Everything I Know About Love, The Holiday, Babylon, In the Club, Waterloo Road, Eastenders and Coronation Street. 

Jill also won the second series of TV dance show Strictly Come Dancing in 2004 and has starred in the West End plays Calendar Girls, Legally Blonde and Abigail's Party.

Jill has been an Ambassador for Kidscape for many years and has supported our campaigns, including reading 'Benna Makes A Noise!'. The story helps children to learn about bullying and have the confidence to speak out about what they see.
