How to use our Online Ordering
Browse through our Publications and Resources
Use the categories
on the left-hand navigation bar. When you find a booklet, leaflet,
DVD etc. that interests you, click on the name of the publication
and you will be taken to a page that displays details on that item.
Ordering items
Below the description and price there is a Quantity text box – enter
in the number that you wish to order, and then click on the Add
to My Order button.
You will then be taken to the My Order page listing all the titles,
quantity, and price of all the items in your order, together with
the total price.
Repeat this process for all the items you require.
Please note that we have a £5 pound minimum order
for our online orders.
Also note that VAT is included, as well as postage and packing
for UK addresses. VAT is not currently included in the online
ordering process - a full VAT invoice will be included when
your order is despatched. Contact orders@kidscape.org.uk for
additional postage costs outside England, Wales, Scotland and Northern
Ireland.
If you are a returning customer and you know which items you
require
You
can use our Express Order option, allowing you to order items without
viewing the details first.
Amending your Order
You can amend your order if you wish. If
you require more or less of a particular item, change the number
in the Quantity field and then click on Recalculate My Order. You
can also remove items by clicking in the check-box to the right
of the item name, and then clicking on Recalculate My Order.
Cancelling your Order
At any time in the above process you can cancel your order by
clicking on the Cancel My Order link.
Confirming your Order
Once you have completed adding items to your order, click on Process
My Order
Logging In
If you have ordered
before, you can type in your email address and password and be
taken straight to the Order Confirmation page.
If it’s the first time you have ordered on-line with Kidscape
you should choose the Register as New User option.
You will require details of
- your personal details
- your billing address, where we will send an invoice if the
order requires it
- your delivery address
If the billing address is the same as the delivery address, just
tick the relevant check box and your address details will be added
automatically.
You will also require a password – it is recommended that
your password is 6 or more characters and it should include both
letters and numbers.
It is recommended that you also be included on the mailing list,
where we will be able to keep you informed of new publications
and developments.
Paying for my order
You have a choice of either paying for your order online
by using Google Checkout, or, if you don't have a means of paying
by credit or debit card, choose to receive a pro-forma invoice
by email, which needs to be returned to Kidscape with your
payment in advance.
If you choose to pay using Google Checkout, you will be required
to log in or create a new Google account. You will then be asked
for your credit\debit card details. Please note that no
credit\debit card information is retained by Kidscape.
Receiving my Order
Once your order is processed, then we will send a full VAT invoice
with the items when they are despatched. We hope to get your
goods to you within 3 to 5 working days of receipt of your order.
If you have paid by credit card, the despatch of the order will
only commence once we have confirmed the charge against your card.
Once your order is confirmed you can Log Off.
