Terms and Conditions - Kidscape Training Workshops

Your place(s) will be confirmed as soon as payment has been verified, providing that there are places still available on your chosen course.

Should the course be oversubscribed, you will be offered an alternative date.

Should this be unacceptable, a refund will be made through Sage Pay or your cheque will be returned to you.

Confirmation will be by email and will include map and joining instructions.

Until you receive this confirmation by email, your place has not been reserved.

If booking for places other than for yourself, once confirmation is received by email, you can provide details of the workshop participants' names.

If you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of booking, please call us on 020 7730 3300.

Under the distance selling regulations consumers have the legal right to cancel the order within seven working days of receipt of the order.

These rights do not apply to business purchases.

No refund will be given if a booking is cancelled within 7 days of the date of the course, a credit note will be issued.

If you are unable to attend a course, for whatever reason, you will be offered 3 future dates, after which you will need to rebook and repay.

If for any reason Kidscape has to cancel a course, alternative dates will be offered and if not suitable, a refund will be given if requested.
